Do these come pre-bundled or as five individual cigars?

Just five singles rung up at the bundle price. No boxes, no twine — five sticks of the same cigar at the discount.

What if I want to substitute one cigar for another?

Text or call the shop before pickup and we’ll work it out. As long as we have stock of the swap, easy fix.

Do I pay now or at pickup?

At pickup. Reservations require no payment up front — you walk in, we check ID, you pay, you leave with your cigars.

How long will you hold my reservation?

Five days from when you reserve. If you can’t make Memorial Day weekend, leave a note in the form and we’ll hold them for a later pickup.

Do you ship?

No. NJ tobacco laws make consumer shipping prohibitive. All Open Vault selections are pickup only at our Pine Brook location.
